Exploring Barriers

The second paper on the WSD results has now been published: Exploring barriers to participation and adoption of telehealth and telecare within the Whole System Demonstrator trial: a qualitative study.

The full paper is an interesting read. These results will be useful when developing the communications to individuals, and also when reviewing the approaches/training needs particularly for front line assessments and installations. They are also useful insights in terms of the development of customer-facing device interfaces.

Other documents relating to the WSD Trial can be found here.
TSA Research Report

In 2011, the TSA carried out a survey with its monitoring centre members.  The aim of this was to better understand the current telecare market, and also to better understand the services being offered by the current TSA membership.

Details of the report, and how to purchase it can be found here.

Jobs and tenders

We currently have one job opportunity being advertised on the TSA website.  More details can be found here.
